I work with a strong diversity affirming ethos, recognising and valuing different neurotypes rather than viewing them as deficits. My approach is strengths and evidence based, supporting you to identify patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing and help you to develop strategies to regulate.

Individual Counselling
My practice incorporates evidence-based therapeutic tools to help clients identify and change negative patterns of thinking and behaviour. Through body-mind work, mindfulness, meditation, Internal Family Systems, and trauma processing I empower individuals to develop healthier coping strategies and achieve positive outcomes in managing their mental health. I offer individual relationship therapy that draws on Transactional Analysis and integrative therapeutic approaches to help individuals explore and transform the patterns that shape their relationships.
