Before beginning counselling, I usually offer an initial introductory call. This can be over the phone or on Zoom. It’s a chance for us to connect, discuss what brings you to counselling, and see if working together feels like a good fit.

I work from a quiet and comfortable setting close to the city centre and also offer sessions online.
​
My approach to counselling is person-centred and integrative. I draw on a range of body-mind techniques such as mindfulness, breathwork, gentle movement, and meditation, alongside elements of TA, CBT and creative tools. Sessions are always tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and communication style, we’ll work in a way that feels natural and supportive for you.

Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £60 per session. I also offer block booking and have a limited number of reduced-rate spaces. We can discuss and agree on a fee that feels manageable for you.
