Counselling & Psychotherapy in Inverness

Supporting your mental wellbeing with compassion and care
LGBTQIA+ and Neurodiverse supportive

About Me
I’m a COSCA accredited counsellor and psychotherapist, working with adults (18+) in a compassionate, person-centred way. At the heart of my practice is a deep belief in equity, equality, and the power of human connection. I aim to create a space where everyone, regardless of background, gender, sexual orientation or identity feels respected, heard, and supported.

My approach is also informed by body- mind practices that support trauma processing and self- regulation. I integrate tailored therapeutic tools that gently support nervous system awareness, emotional regulation, and embodied safety. These practices can help deepen your connection with yourself, especially when working with trauma, burnout, neurodiversity or overwhelm.

I’m committed to making counselling more accessible, especially for those who often face additional barriers to support. I offer reduced rates and free sessions for LGBTQI and neurodiverse young people. If you or someone you know could benefit from this, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

I work with a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, neurodiversity, gender identity, and sexuality. My approach is inclusive, affirming, and always shaped by your needs and goals.

I offer in-person and online sessions, as well as weekend therapeutic retreats- opportunities to step away from daily life and reconnect with yourself in a more spacious, supported environment.

If you're unsure where to begin, that’s completely okay. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it’s one toward greater self-awareness, healing, and change. You don’t have to do it alone—let’s talk.
